Sharon K. Schneider of Export (tribunereview)
Sharon K. Schneider, 62, of Export, passed away Monday, March 12, 2012. Born
Aug. 21, 1949, in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of Helen Lorence and the
late Harry P. Bolte. Sharon worked at Standard Bank in Monroeville and was an
active member of the West Highland White Terrier Club of Western Pennsylvania.
She had a passion for West Highland Terriers and she raised and bred many
champions. She is survived by her husband, Peter Schneider, of Export; mother,
Helen Lorence, of Export; son, Robert Groninger and his wife, Melissa, of
Turner, Ore.; her daughter, Kristina Groninger Bossa and her husband, Alex
Daher, of Dublin, Ohio; sister, Carolyn Flajnik and her husband, Charles, of
Nashville, Tenn.; two stepsons, Peter Schneider and his wife, Donna, of New
Alexandria, and Michael Schneider and his wife, Lorrie, of Cranberry Township;
and nine grandchildren. She is also survived by two nieces, Leigh Flajnik, of
Herndon, Va., and Amy Flajnik, of Nashville, Tenn. She was preceded in death
by her father, Harry P. Bolte. A memorial service will be held at 6 p.m.
Friday, March 30, 2012, in First United Methodist Church, Old William Penn
